    ➡️ Quantinuum, a quantum tech firm that has collaborated with—and received investment from—Amgen is now planning to go public.

    ➡️ Neurostimulation device company Mobia Medical priced its initial public offering at the midpoint of the range ahead of its trading debut on Friday, raising roughly $150M in gross proceeds.

    ➡️ Orchestra BioMed Receives $20 Million Payment from Medtronic Under Previously Announced Financing Agreement

    ➡️ Banyan BioInnovations is debuting with more than $100m aimed at developing independent companies for promising clinical-stage treatments, plus a partnership with global CRO ICON plc.

    ➡️ Bayer has struck a deal to buy Perfuse Therapeutics for $300 million upfront. The buyout, which includes up to $2.15 billion in milestones, will give Bayer control of an eye disease implant

    ➡️ Scarlet Therapeutics Ltd has raised £3.2 m to take therapies based on red blood cells to in vivo proof of concept, building on evidence that natural and lab-grown cells have comparable half-lives.

    ➡️ Meatly, a London-based firm that became the first company in Europe approved to sell lab-grown meat in 2024, is now planning to open the continent’s “largest cultivated meat facility” after securing new funding.
