Newton Colmore Consulting work with some of the most forward-thinking organisations in the world, due to this we are often asked to look at roles you would not normally expect to see within a recruitment agency like ourselves. This could be Administration, HR, Telesales, Trainer and Learning & Development roles, but our clients would like someone from their same sector, like Medical Devices, Science, Machine Learning and New Product Development. This is so the people already understand the people they will work with.

They could also be Software Engineers, RF Engineers, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Production Engineering and other technical roles that again need to come from a similar sector. And then we are asked to look at roles that don’t even have a normal type of job title as it is the first time this role has been developed. Again, it is our sector knowledge that makes us useful.

If we are ever asked to look at a role that we cannot help with, we will always tell you as we do not want to waste your time when someone else may be able to help. We may also recommend someone to you if we know someone better suited to help you.
