Newton4

Newton4 is a product we created which is specifically designed for our early-stage start-up and scale-up clients. Newton4 offers a significantly increased rebate period, providing you more protection on your hiring decisions, whilst helping you manage the cost of using a specialist agency for your hiring needs.

Success Fee

With Newton4, our success fee, which is charged upon the successful placement of a candidate we introduced to you, is split into four payments across a nine-month period.

This means that we charge 25% of our fee on the candidate’s first day with you, and then three further payments of 25% at three-month intervals.

Comparison

In comparison to our standard contingency recruitment product, this triples your rebate period from 12 weeks to nine months and instead of paying 100% of our fee on day 1, Newton4 helps you manage your risk, whilst giving you access to our network of candidates.

With our standard product, the rebate period steadily decreases over the 12-week time frame by 8.33% per week, which means in theory, if a candidate left after 11 weeks, your rebate would only be 8.33% of the total fee you paid. In comparison, using Newton4, you would not pay 75% of the remaining fee.
