    Good afternoon, here is my Monday morning deals update, with headlines across MedTech and Biotech. Congratulations to all involved. There is some big real estate news for UK science too which I will cover in another post.

    🔔 Angitia Biopharmaceuticals has unveiled its second megaround in 14 months, revealing a $130 million series D financing that positions the biotech to take three bone disease prospects deeper into the clinic.

    🔔 NuVision Biotherapies, a health tech company developing products to speed up the healing of eye conditions, has raised £4.8m in a new funding round.

    🔔 Veradermics Inc., a biopharmaceutical firm focused on hair restoration, raised $256.3 million in an upsized US initial public offering priced above the top of its marketed range.

    🔔 Stockholm-based BioArctic is receiving SEK 127 million (about €11.9 million at today’s exchange rate) in royalties from the Alzheimer’s disease therapy Leqembi (lecanemab).

    🔔 Stem cell therapy biotech PrimeGen US is taking the less-traveled special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) route to the public markets.

    🔔 Third Arc Bio Inc., a clinical stage biotech company developing novel multifunctional antibodies for a range of oncology and immunology & inflammation (I&I) indications, today announced the closing of a $52 million Series A extension.

    🔔 Medtronic steps up with up to $585M deal for devicemaker CathWorks.

    🔔 Texan early-stage investor Santé Ventures gins up $330M to spread across biotech, medtech and digital health.

    🔔 Belgian biotech Agomab Therapeutics and eye-focused drug delivery company SpyGlass Pharma both headed to the Nasdaq last week as momentum continues to build for biopharma IPOs.

    🔔 CSL has signed on to a collaboration and option agreement with Memo Therapeutics that could see up to 265 million Swiss francs ($328 million) in biobucks for products using Memo’s recombinant polyclonal IgG technology.
