I’m a structural bioinformatician with over two decades of experience in scientific computing, data infrastructure, and open-source development on drug discovery projects. My work has spanned academic research and large-scale bioinformatics platforms with several start-ups. I’ve designed and implemented cloud architectures, scaled data pipelines for AlphaFold predictions, and contributed to the development of innovative search and API systems using technologies like GraphQL and Kubernetes.

I’ve led and contributed to several open-source projects, including BioJava, EPPIC, and CMView, and have authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in structural biology and computational methods. My technical expertise includes Java, Python, and modern web frameworks, and I’m passionate about building robust, scalable tools that support scientific discovery and collaboration.

I also have people management experience that I have balanced with my hands-on research work.
