🔔 Boston Scientific to buy Nalu Medical, Inc. for $533M. Nalu’s implantable neurostimulation system delivers electrical impulses to treat chronic pain originating from the peripheral nerves.
đź””HistoSonics, Inc. raises $250M to expand use of noninvasive cancer therapy. The company raised money from Bezos Expeditions, Thiel Bio and other investors to fund the commercial and clinical expansion of its technology.
🔔ŌURA raises $900M to develop new health features. The investment values the smart-ring maker at $11 billion.
🔔French ADC start-up Adcytherix SAS has added €105m Series A funding to a €30m seed financing round closed last year. With the money, the company will start a Phase I study with its lead ADCX-020 in Q1 2026 and develop novel payloads to break ADC therapy resistance.
🔔Flagship Pioneering’s Lila Sciences has had little trouble finding supporters for its “scientific superintelligence” mission since its March debut. After closing a $235 million series A last month, Lila has now expanded the round with an additional $115 million, including funds from the venture arm of AI titan Nvidia.
