🔔 Minghui Pharmaceutical has secured $131 million in what the company describes as a “pre-IPO” round to fuel the potential launch of its dermatitis cream in China as well as various clinical-stage oncology and immunology assets.
🔔 Kaken Pharmaceutical is paying $16 million upfront for the Japanese rights to Astria Therapeutics’ phase 3-stage hereditary angioedema (HAE) drug.

🔔 10x Genomics is stepping up to buy Scale Biosciences and its single-cell profiling solutions, with plans to implement them within the company’s Chromium platform with $30m in upfront cash.

🔔 Orchestra BioMed reported that it has secured over $111 million in financing through a series of transactions and offerings—supported by deals with Medtronic and Ligand Pharmaceuticals—as it looks to complete late-stage clinical studies.
🔔 LenioBio, a biotech company based in Düsseldorf, Germany, has received a €3.7 million grant from the European Health and Digital Executive Agency under the EU4Health programme. The funding will be used to scale up its proprietary protein expression platform
