Our recruitment services play a crucial role in connecting employers with potential employees to help with the invention and improvement of medical devices, biotech, and drug discovery technologies. These services range from traditional contingency recruitment and headhunting to our exclusive Newton4 platform, which offers you a nine-month rebate period and allows you to split the recruitment fee over four quarterly payments. We work hard to match job seekers with suitable job opportunities. Here is an overview of the key components and types of recruitment services:

  • Candidate Sourcing

    Job Postings: Advertising job openings on various platforms such as job boards, company websites, and social media.

    Internal Database: Recruiting since 2009, we have a massive medical devices, biotech, and drug delivery database of candidates who can be contacted for future job openings.

    Headhunting: Actively seeking out qualified candidates who may not be actively looking for new jobs, often for higher-level or specialised positions.

    Networking: Active in the medical devices, biotech, and drug delivery fields since 2009, we have networks that other recruitment agencies do not have access to.

  • Screening and Selection

    CV Reviews: Assessing applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.

    Interviews: Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

    Selection and Filtering: After assessing candidates for a role, we make the candidate fully aware of the role and company to ensure they have not applied previously and confirm their full interest in the role and company.

  • Managing Interview Process

    Arranging Interviews: When requested, we match up diaries between candidates and companies for telephone interviews, video interviews, assessments/tests, and face-to-face interviews.

    Full Debriefing After Interviews: Facilitating the exchange of feedback between candidates and companies. Whether a candidate is successful or not, it is always important to supply feedback both ways.

  • Placement and Onboarding

    Job Offers: Facilitating the negotiation of job offers, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.

    Onboarding Support: Assisting new hires with the transition into their new roles, including handing in notice, orientation, and early reading for day one.
